Tire chirping shifts

Hey all... I have an extremely harsh shifting trans. This started out of the blue one day. Never have had any issues with harsh shifts or anything. It literally went from one minute shifting flawless to tire chirping 1-2 shifts the next on the same drive.It has been this way about two months now. I can moderate the harsh shift taking my foot off during the shift and it's smooth. It's almost as harsh on 2-3. About 75k on the trans. Trans or diff has a noticeable hum when on the gas. No codes or lights at all. Any ideas?

I had this problem with an ls i just bought. I replaced the solenoid pack in tranny and fixed it. There is also a spring in the valve body that breaks you should look for.

Many pay big dollars to get the LS to do just that. However, understanding this is more of a trouble symptom compared to on purpose elevated line pressure shifts.
