Ok I've searched through google based on this website and I can't seem to locate anything on this topic. I'm replacing the passenger side head so I took the chain off but now I'm thinking about guiding my self off the driver side head. I'm thinking as long as the flat spots are even and facing up on the driver side then I'm good to go and set the passenger side as well?

Am I wrong? any advice? before I blow my car up and then light it on fire?:D

Thanks !!

There's a special tool that installs in the place of the crankshaft sensor that locks the crankshaft into the correct position where the flats on all four camshafts are supposed to be even across.

If the driver's side is right, then the passenger side should be too.

Here is a pic of the tools Joe is talking about. The cam holder and the crank postion tool.
