Timing Chain Tensioners

Okay, I am thinking I might tackle this one myself because of cost to get it done at a repair shop. I have been looking at all of the diagrams and the knocking noise seems to be coming from the rear tensioner. But I didn't see an actual chain back there in the diagrams. I know in the front of the engine there are two chains, I would like some clarification on this is you guys could help.

There are no chains on the back. Nor tensioner's for that matter. The chains are in the front.
