they hit my car again! twice in 30 days! u've gotta b kidding me! pics

Ok I got the pics already and talked to the guy and he still says he'll pay for it even after I gave him the estimate I got today! scary! The rear of the car cost about $3500 to fix it will all dealer parts. Now, I thought that if I paint the rear, and the left side my car would look crappy, so I ought paint it all and I went to a shop where they take the car apart to paint it, they remove everything! doors, hood, glasses, everything! those guys are awesome! the cars come out like oem! but they r super expensive too, on top of those $3500 that state farm is paying, to fix n paint the rest of the car including a new fender and mirror is $5400! So When I spoke with the guy who hit me on the side he said DAMN! but allright man, if thats what it costs ok, so I told him I'll help him out, Ima sell 2 JL amps that I have, 1000/1 and 300/4 with 2 12" Alpine Type Rs subs, 3 pairs of alpine type X components and a 17" lcd flip down tv that I have for 2k cause it aint fair his paying for painting both sides of the car when the damage he caused was on my side only. Now I really need to sell this stuff and please if anyone knows about anybody selling a left front fender and a left power mirror PLEASE let me know!
 
so the grand total is about what the car is worth itself, aha damn that sucks. hope all goes well.
 
thats right when it comes to he said she said in court unless you have rock hard evidence your not going to win, thats why when you get your insurence they give you a little note that says "what to do in case of a accident" and the first one is "never admit or take foult in a accident" it wasnt a scummy thing to do, it aint my foult that he didnt know how to defend himself, remember inicent untile "PROVEN" guilty
 
and i didnt lie about anything i just told the judge that it was a 5mph bumb and when i showed them pics of my car it was like new, then the judge told him "did you take any pictures at the scene" he said NO and then judge said "wheres the police report or insurance claim" and he didnt have neither so the judge beleaved me.

It's still a scumbag thing to do. You know you damaged his car, so what if he didn't know what to do. You still should've manned up and dealt with it in the right and honorable way.

My car is going to the shop on tuesday and state farm will give me a rented car till its done. Now is the moment of true, now I'll see how serious this guy is about helping me to fix my car. Im also getting a brand new windshield and eventually I'll get new headlights, does anyone wants to buy mines?
