Ok, on the 31st this guy hit my car from the side, I didnt wanted to call the police cause I dont wanna go throught all that crap of dealing with insurance, court n stuff so I agreed to buy the parts needed n this dude will pay for the labor to get my car fixed, as u can see on the pics, the fender, door n mirror need to b replaced

And today I go to the parking lot, its raining, I jump in my car, turn in on, wait a bit till the engine warms up and notice a guy working on a cadillac with a lady next to him and a truck next to the cadillac. So I though, that lady hit the truck, but the truck doesnt even have a scratch! not a heavy duty truck but a huge truck, like wal mart's, so I thought the guy was just helping the lady or something. So I drive to the parking lot exit n notice there is mud going from the street to where my car was parked at, so I said no f**kin way! Went to the back of my car n wanted to kill myself! Guys I love my car, Im a car freak I take care of my car better than I do of myself!
So I went to the lady, asked her if she was ok cause she had 2 kids in the car and everything was just fine so I asked er if she had called the police and she did, she had the report already, so now I cant void dealing with insurance, I just hope they dont give me a total loss cause to fix the side they gave me a 3k estimate, so the back needs molding and the aluminum trunk lid, plus the bumper so...st this guy hit my car from the side, I didnt wanted to call the police cause I dont wanna go throught all that crap of dealing with insurance, court n stuff so I agreed to buy the parts needed n this

Did she lose control of her car and hit yours? Do you backhand her like she deserves?

She was turning,hit the gas too hard on a wet floor with a RWD car u cant do that at least u know how to drift, so her car went sideways, she turned the wheel the other way around and went straight to my car.
Im thinking about hitting a truck with the back of my car to get a total loss nd buy another one just like mine.

Do u think insurance will notice I made it worse??
 
did u say that u agreed to pay for the parts and he pays labor? if this is the case, was it partly ur fault? if not i do not see why you would have to put up any money to fix this

always get a police report, that way there is no way the incident could possibly get reverse against you...

No it wasnt my faulti was driving straight and this dude tried to enter the street I was on and didnt see me, at least that he told me.

I hope they give me a total loss to get another stick shift LS!

Your first accident you were not at fault, and you are paying the parts. Furthermore you don't want the Ins. company involved. Why?

You shouldn't have to worry about your rates going up if your vehicle was parked at the time of both accidents. Hell, even one accident that was your fault shouldn't raise your rates if you weren't ticketed.
 
yeah always get a report if your car was parked with no one in it, not your fault and will not increase your insurance, thats a fact jack.
 
Yeah I'm going to have to say the whole situation seems really sketchy. I think dealing with the insurance is the only way to go. As long as you were not in the car at the time, there is no possible way it could be your fault. You shouldn't have to pay a dime and further more, you should get a rental car out of it. It sounds like she was uninsured and she was tricking you. How else could she afford her $500/mo CTS payment. Let her insurance premiums go up instead of dealing with the hassle of tracking her down and possibly having to go to small claims court. Police report wouldn't have done any good anyway, they won't take accident reports on private property, only on public roads.
 
Wait, but she's got those Buick side vents, the car should have just gone straight through yours.

Seriously though, call up her insurance, get them to fix your car. Then call up your insurance and tell them not to pay anything because it wasn't remotely your fault.
 
I believe that just about every insurance company requires you to report damage to the car each and every time. I may be mistaken but I think my ins rep stated it is Florida law to report it.
 
I dont know...in Washington, you MUST get an accident report filled out, either you, or the responding cop...in Washington...
 
No guys! u didnt read right! I didnt call the cops on the first accident, on the 31st, it wasnt my fault at all! but because I was afraid my insurance rate could rise I just didnt get the report, so what I did instead was talked to the guy who hit me and agreed to pay the parts and he is paying for the labor which wont b just assenbling the fender, mirror n door but to paint the entire car, so that guy is paying for the paint of the whole car.
Now, when I get to my car and saw it was hit on sunday, the lady did called the cops even though I want there, so when I realized my car was hit and it was her, I went to her n asked her if she had called the cops already, so she showed me the tikets and called them again, so they arrived, I showed them my insurance car and they told me to wait 3 days, then to go to the police station to get a copy of the report, get 2 estimates to fix my car and call her insurance company.
Thats the story.
I dont think the quarter pannel has to be changed, it not bended at all, only behing the tail light a little bit.
 
next time what you do is ALWAYS, ALWAY, ALWAYS fill out a report and then after the cops leave then you cut a deal with the other driver, if i was the dude that hit you and you let me get away without filling out a report you wouldnt get a DIME from me, what you gonna do call my ins, the first thing they will ask you is "where is the report" if not they wont pay. and if you really wanted to get the whole car painted what you do is either have the other party pay for ALL YOUR DAMAGES and then pay the difference in painting those body parts compared to the whole car, i guarantee that it would of cost you hundreds less out of your pocket if you would of done that, and the reason im telling you is cuz this happen to me a couple of years ago the dude let me go with no report, i didnt pay a dime, he sued me and i still won, WHY i fixed my car faster than he fixed his and he could not prove it.
 
Well... I guess you are right! I better go take some pics of this dude's car before he fixes it! Dang thank you man! maybe those r his plans! I'll go tonight to take some pics!
About the rear, this ladys insurance will pay for it as I do have a report for that second accident.
I was thinking about buying another LS for about 5k, part out mine and eventually get a newer 5spd. What do u guys think?

So you just perjured yourself in court, to get out of paying for your mistakes? That's pretty damned scummy, man. Not the kind of thing that I'd go bragging about.

He never said he lied about anything. There just happened to be absolutely no evidence against him besides he said/she said.
