Thermostat...

I was just curious... my heater doesn't blow hot air... I was thinkin maybe it's the blend door but you can actually here it squeak open and close... so my next thought is maybe the thermostat is mucked up... so how hard is it to change?... usually they're not that bad... but how bout on our gen 2's?
