The pump or the rack?

My steering has gotten really difficult like when I'm pulling in the garage it is very hard to turn and makes a groaning sound. No leaks anywhere, usually any steering failures I've had there has been something leaking making it very easy to diagnose. Any ideas?

Have you checked your control arms and tie rod ends? something could get into a bind

check out the ball joints mine were making a horriable noise

Might be the EVO valve...

I guess I should have said that I've replaced Upper and lower control arms,strut rod bushings, The tie rod ends seem fine but could they make this groaning noise?

I'd replace the pump....
