After the Sandy Hook school shooting the Journal News had published a map listing names and addresses of gun owners in the area. As a result there has been a string of break ins involving these houses and the theft of their guns. Should this news outlet be held responsible for what happened? What if some one got hurt or killed in an altercation during one of these break-ins?
