The entire floors on my lincoln ls 2001 are wet/damp. What is the cause of this?

Hey guys. So this car has not been driven in quite sometime. After vacuuming the carpet, I noticed that ever single carpet floor of the car is wet. The leather seats are dry, nothing wrong with them, but the floor is wet. I've heard about one side being wet, but all sides? Any ideas what the problem could be?

Do you have a moon roof? Been underneath to check for perforations?

well if it feels or smells like coolant, i would look at the heater core. if it is plain water and you have a sun roof, i would check under the headliner and make sure the drain tubes did not come disconnected. if its just water and you dont have a sun roof, you need to start looking at all the door and window seals.
