The End Of Atheism

This... I agree with... but don't punish law abiding citizens for what others do.

That is Marxist and Facist, and Socialist. Europe is the perfect example of that. A totalitarian Hitler style of government. (or Great Britain in the 1600's)

I don't have the answer either... but removing peoples right to be able to defend themselves... is overreach by the government.

I will guess that you don't believe in capital punishment either???

Correct, I do not believe in capital punishment, as I do not believe the state should have the right to end someone's life. There's also the fact that there's been innocent people on death row, who were later exonerated via DNA evidence. Imagine if they had been killed. Now think about the innocent people who have been executed before they were proven to not be guilty.

One of MANY examples: "After serving nearly 10 years on death row in Oklahoma for crimes he didn’t commit, Robert Miller was proven innocent through DNA testing and released in 1998."

Ask yourself, would Jesus be fore the death penalty? Nah, he wouldn't

The Old Testament says "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, and a life for a life."

This is where the idea of Capital punishment came from. It IS good that those people you mention were found not guilty in the end.

Being who Jesus is... don't you think he knew the Jewish law??? He knew more than the leaders of His day.

Be glad HE did (went through) THIS... for you!!!

The old testament also says it's okay to murder your children if they curse at you...

Yes, some where lucky enough to not have been murdered by the state Others were not so lucky and only after their death were the found to have not been guilty. This is one of several reasons why capital punishment is wrong. The state should not hold life and death over people.

Nah, dude, Jesus would not have been for capital punishment, he's Jesus.

Here you are wrong. It has nothing to do with swearing at your parents (although that is improper).

In proper context... that Bible verse is more about pronouncing a curse against one or both parents (like "may you die a horrible death").

Leviticus 20:9
9 “‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death. Because they have cursed their father or mother, their blood will be on their own head."

So you are taking things out of context.

Soooo "Dude" ... Do you remember the big crane collapse on the mosque in Mecca? (9/11/2015).

Many people didn't know about it. Extremely high winds tipped the crane over on the mosque, during Ramadan.

It was EXACTLY 7 years (to the day) from when 9/11 (2001) happened.

A buddy of mine called it "a Divine wind".

The number 7 pops up in the Bible (mostly Old Testament) quite often.

In the Bible... the number "7" is meant as a sign of "completion" (something finished/ended/taken care of)

You're talking semantics now. Point is, the Old Testament is full of nuttiness you'd not agree with in modern times.

Because I'm pretty sure you'd not be okay with parents murdering their own children over the kids saying to them "may you die a horrible death".

Didn't hear about that, that's awful, those poor innocent people.

I do not believe it had anything to do with god or the divine, accidents happens all the time. Could also be a case of negligance on the crane operator's part. The date is just coincidence. nothing more.

Your friend comes off like a horrible person, the 107 people tragicallly killed in this accident had nothing to do with the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Zero. His actions would make Jesus weep.

This one WAS operator error AND lifting in high winds.

Keep your eye on the smaller crane to the left in the video. There were 2 guys in a man basket... and had nowhere to go.

Were they ready to "meet their Maker" ???

Like Pink Floyd says... "here today... gone tomorrow."

Me 13 years ago. The copies of the original pics got water stained.

Point is... the only part of the roof that wasn't flattened... was over the drivers seat.

I walked out of the hospital 2-3 hours later... when I should have been dead.

I was airborn for 100 ft... at 60mph.

These pictures were part of my "Signature" on this forum, until the website was updated a while back.
