thanx 4 no help

Jesus! This guy gets in over his head and attempts a job he NEVER should have started. He forgets to install/swap all the parts, gets in further over his head, then comes here for help. LincolnTech does an AMAZING job of helping the guy out and in fact immediately identified his f up. He all but drives to the guys house and does the job for him. Then, after all that, RGL has the balls to say HE fixed it!! YOU FIXED NOTHING!! LincolnTech fixed it for you. You were barely competent enough to turn the wrench he told you to turn.

But that's ok RGL...because I'm willing to bet your tranny doesn't live another 6 months. I can about promise you that you screwed something up.

I was just mad because I havent been able to drive my car for 2 months or so, I guess I was mad at myself becaus it never took me this long to figure somthing out. Now that I did I feel really stupid because it was so simple. Anyway I really am truly sorry! Forgive Me?

Lincoln's are great cars no matter which one. They have high dollar parts (which causes their high dollar price tag). Cars will break down. You don't hear about all the other cars because this sites for Lincolns and Cadillacs.

I have been on LvC from almost the beginning. I found that the members on this site have a great store house of knowledge when it comes to our cars. LvC members have saved me $1000s of dollars on repairs and have made this forum a fum place to be. Note my number of posts, and it's not because I don't have a life...

I went from a green horn auto mechanic only willing to attempt simple oil changes to someone who can't wait to dig in further. I make sure I have all my ducks in a row when I start and have talked to a few members on this site before I dig in. (I also have the shop manual for my cars worth their weight in gold).

LvC is a great place. I've been on other forums and found this one to be the most user friendly forum. So please don't bash LvC... for your own short comings.

I think you've taken your lashing well and I hope your apology is sincere, I personally accept it.

Why don't you come to some of our meets and get to know many of the LvC family. The next close meet for you will be the LvC Christmas Party which will be in the area. Not the Midwest Forum for information.

Jason (02LSE96LSC91SE84TC) also an LS owner in not far from you. He is very knowledgeable on cars note his screen name, those are just a few in lis long list of ownership. He's near by and very helpful.

In July we are holding another LvC meet in Boscobel (that's in Wisconsin) you are welcome to come and join in the fun.

Get to know your members, the LS forum is full of knowledgeable owners who have done many repairs and modifications to their cars, they will help you as long as you don't flame them. You can see what happens when you bash the membership.

You apology is accepted by me... enjoy the site and learn about your LS from the experience of the LvC membership.

Thanks for making the people from WI look like retards, RGL. :slap: Good luck with your car...not!

Fine.....
I'll take back my Ranch Dressing and Cheese Head remark.

But the rest of what I said, still stands.
