Just by watching the video ,it isn't 2.2 as i have 2.2 on my car. It's either 2.6 or 2.8

It's a 2.2, but one that comes in a mach1 kit, without the added snout length. The belt drive is different on that setup than on yours.
 
Either way his mark is still gonna be badazz.
Roadboss had Lidio do his whole engine, think it ran him over 10g's.

- 3.73 gears w/ posi (Thinking about going 3.90)

- Coil Spring Conversion (1.5" lower)


On the Nitrous setup it went 11.7 @ 119mph on a 1.6 60'

You'll probably be a second slower on that little 1.5 then you were on your nitrous set up.Without nitrous at 12 psi you will be lucky to get above 350 rwhp.Are you planning to spray on a top of your KB ?
 
Thats badass. Actually from what I heard it already put down close to 400 without being fully tuned hmmm...

I went 13.2 @ 106mph NA

I already made 390 on a Dyno Dynamics dyno on a REALLY conservative tune. I plan on adding some more timing once I get the rest of the mods on there.

My ACT tables are taking out 12 degrees on top of my already 22 total. I wouldn't be surprised if I see 450whp by the time I finished tuning.

....And that's no Nitrous

UPDATE.

Well ALL summer I have been waiting to get my SCP headers. It's going on 13-14 weeks now and KOOKS still hasn't sent them out.

I have been using my buddies SCT software to tune the car myself, but my knowledge on tuning only gets me so far. I can't seem to get my drivability right, and currently I am running an AFR of 10.0 (TOO RICH). Every time I would go to lean it out a little it would run worse. SO I left it at the crappy AFR I was running.

It made 417hp on a Dyno Dynamics Dyno. On 15psi (thats right 15) w/ water meth & 19 degrees of timing w/ a 10.0 afr.

Once I finally GET the headers and install them I will also install my EDGE 3000 stall, 3.5" E-Cutout, 1 piece driveshaft, and i has thinking about changing my gears from 3.73 TO 3.90 (or 4.10).

Then once that is all done I will take it somewhere to get the tune finished.

So that's the update, If i don't get the headers soon i will be waiting until this spring, when it starts to warm up again, to get it tuned.

Worse come to worse I can give ya diamonds number, he can make you a set of headers. Not sure what its gonna cost.
 
looks good...which snow meth kit did you go with? I'm only running 8#'s on my 2.2 k/b b head with 310rwhp for break in. I'm going meth and 15#'s after break in and was looking at the stage 3 gasoline boost cooler. I can't believe you got that thing under the hood. here's mine! I still have alot of cleaning up to do.
