Few months ago dealer replaced 2 bad coils and must not have tightened m spark plug down tight enough so it loosened up and blew out taking the coil with it. Im pissed. I just replaced it my self and do not even feel like dealing with the dealer anymore.

I would let them know for sure. Make sure you talk to the head of the service department and not just a service tech/operator. They will generally blow you off, but the boss will try to do something to make up for the mistake.

Agreed.. I would have made them tow it, fix it, and give me a rental at their expense..

ive blown plugs out before. i dont think it was because i didnt tighten it since the steel threads and ground strap stayed in the motor. just the porcelian and the coil blew off. maybe it was because i was traveling 125mph for 50 minutes straight
