But..if you have 2 valves on the front cylinders, 3 valves in the middle cylinders then 4 valves on the rear cylinders, you would have the best of 3 worlds and still have a 24v engine. Economy AND horse power!

^^^ that would be cool if you could have a 2/4 valve engine during normal driving only one intake and one exhaust valve open but if you punch it, it kicks in the 2nd cam and all 4 valves open... Hmmm I'm sure they could make that work.
