i wanna keep my stock radio its the jbl setup with 10 disc, i was wondering if theres anyway to hookup a amp with a sub... tried looking it up couldnt find anything...
thanks

i did it in my 97 lsc, i just got the wiring diagram for the rear speaker wires going into the stock jbl amp and spliced into them and hooked them to a rca line convertor then wired up a sub amp two a pair of 10's in the trunk. kept all the stock jbl speakers, head unit and cd changer. worked fine.

Yeah, you can do it. I put a set of 10" bazookas & amp in my 95. The entire system actually sounds really good! Still stock deck & 10 disc changer too!

I also just installed some subs in my friends 1994 Mark tonight & it rocks! His system is also all stock. We used a 2 channel 1200 watt amp with a set of dual voice coil subs & ran it all 2 ohms. You can keep the bass on the deck turned down to about 3 bars so the highs are clean inside, but man those subs pump out some bass! He is very happy with it!

If I was younger... I would have torn everything out & got all new stuff. Probally would have built a wall with four 15's or something crazy. I am older now & this sounds plenty good to me.
