stock stereo???

so my stock head took a crap on me, and all i now have is my front tweeters and rear deck lid subs.
im looking to either replace the stock head or put in an aftermarket, but i dont want to lose the stock subs and tweeters.
anyone know how to run the stock amp off an aftermarket head?
