Just thought i'd leave a post. I recently had to log on to find some info on a repair job i did last weekend. Still got the '05 LS and im at 132k miles now and its running good. It'll be paid off in a few months so dont know if i'll keep it and ride it out for awhile having no car payment or get something new. I think the "getting something new" will eventually win. Lots of nice new models coming out these days and all cars are getting more powerful.... 305 hp V6 Mustang ???? Dont know if i will go with a family car or start my mid age crisis early and go for a 2 door muscle machine. Anyone else ever dream of a Grand National? I'd be great to keep the LS as a family cruiser and get a 2nd "toy". Always wanted a nice condition '87 Grand National, some very basic modifications and you can make a GN faster than anything you'd most likely come across on the road. Anyway its fairly entertaining reading all the posts from new LS owners regarding all the repairs/problems that i've already dealt with.

I would love to get my hands on a GN. I've been looking at them for a long time.

Whats up FLA. You been missing all the fun. Glad your LS is doin good. Keep it even if you get something else. These cars seam to get better with more miles.

f yea i wanted a grand national gnx since like forever. closest i ever got to it was my father's buick regal in like 95. that thing is a monster. def gonna be some chassis bending goin on if i ever get my hands on one.

My friend's dad has a GN with twin turbos and runs it on the track.. Thing is insane! I would keep the LS and get a toy if at all possible.. :)
