does anyone know how to use the steering wheel remote with an aftermarket cd player? are there certain models that will work?
 
Yup... and, yup... there are.

Why don't you try the search function before you ask questions? You don't suppose you're the first LS owner with these same questions, do you? We're not particularly keen on spoonfeeding people around here.
 
I did search. Most of the topics displayed are irrelevant. I thought this was a forum where people get on and help each other out, but you apparently speak for the forum and you don`t spoon feed help around here. Remember my user name and don`t take the time to read my question if you dont plan on offering any help. If the search option was so great it would have taken you less time to find it for me and copy and paste the link in your reply. it would have taken about as much time to do that as to be a prick. Thanks for your time!

Key word, help[/]. this is not to be confused with spoonfeed. Every single thread you've started in your short time here was with a question. every... single... one. Now, if that's not asking to be spoonfed, I don't know what is.

This is true. But why should I cave into your demands and deliver the information to you on a silver platter? Are you that lazy or just so incompetent that a simple search function eludes you? Furthermore, why should I take time out of my busy schedule to spoonfeed you? I already showed you how you can take care of the traction control issue in your other post (surprise, another demanding post), and I didn't even get a simple "thank you". Time to get off the entitlement train, son. The last stop is coming up soon.

Don't mention it. I wasn't doing anything too exciting anyways. Just reading up on some sample code with the TV playing the final cut of the new midget porn feature we filmed today.

Call crutchfield and get an adapter for whatever aftermarket cd player your looking for.....
 
You also have to change the parameters of the search to yield better results. Its not that hard!!

It's not every member that gets told to search. Why don't you... search and see for yourself before you accuse me of telling every member to search. Nowadays, I only tell this to the most extreme cases, like your pal here.

Now, look at the bottom. See all the threads that mention "Steering wheel controls"? Oui?

It has nothing to do with being an "English Scholar" (WTF is that, anyways? Did you mean "English Professor" maybe? Lots of English scholars in England that teach other subjects).

It has to do with knowing the basic English Language. Something that even a 4 year old would point and laugh at you for.

I'm with the frog on this one, he said he searched, i dont believe it, Corky from "Life Goes on" could have found the answers he needs faster than it took him to start a new thread and a perfectly well beaten subject.

The search feature of this forum is awful admit it. Lots of information here but I use google and type in "lvc"+"Question" into google lol. The results you want instantly.
