I ment to post this yesterday but forgot.
When I did the rear end link sway I left the cars rear up on jack stands over night. It was not a rediculous angle, less so than that one Mark VIII on the dyno on You Tube. After letting her down and backing out I see a large puddle on the garrage floor. Took me a minute to figure out what kind of fluid it was but it is steering fluid. Car did not leak last night (back on all four wheels) at all and has never leaked a drop of anything before. (the engines underside is still spot free)
I figure the rack had to leak somewhere but not sure where.
My question is has anyone else had this happen? Is it just from the angle or did the angle just allow the fluid to come out cause there is something wrong?
Id hate to replace the rack on this damn thing. Mabey just new inner tie rod boots?
