Well, same problem I've had since day one. Got the '03 V6 in 2005 here in Toronto Canada. Right away made them do $3000 in work on the tranny while under factory warranty, solenoid pack, and some other stuff that I learned about on this forum. The hesitation/stuttering only went away for a bit. They told me the LS has a 'rough' tranny.

Long story short, between then and now I've been complaining about it, now that my warranty is over they tell me the rear seal is leaking and tranny is slipping, they want $6000 to fix it. I told them to F off. Luckily I had an aftermarket warranty. Anyhoo, rebuilt tranny is in, it's running seemingly smooth, but I think I'm gonna get something else.

My multibolt 20"s will fit on a Cadillac CTS, I'm also possibly looking at a Charger, 300C or an Infiniti G35. Not brand new between 04-06.
I'm not final on my decision yet, but thanks for all the LS Q&A!

Any opinions on my new car choices?

Did they reflash the PCM? There was an update for that for early-build 2003 models. The reflash would likely take care of the harshness issues. It did for me and a lot of others.

It must have double posted by accident!

YES. Soon as I bought the car it went to FORD for a Solenoid pack replacement and flush. They reflashed at that time. It only slightly helped the problem.
