Finally starting the 95 re-do. Went to the upholster and got an estimate. Re-cover 2 front seats, repair bad stiching on upper rear seat, new headliner, and re-cover visors. WOW only $2300.00. The car is in A1 mechanical shape w/119K miles. The headliner and visors were going to cost $570.. Found headliner kits at JC Whitney-$112- $116. They showed tan but didn't have it. Called PB in stock $49. Looks like a fun job. I'll have to wait until one of you guys part out a 95 with good seats (tan) Clearcoat shot on roof, trunk, and rear bumper, gonna give it a shot with rattle cans. Of course there will be pics. 95 great pic before pt.jpg95 lin.jpg95 seat.jpg

Rattle cans?? On that color? That'll be a tough match..that usually works fine for solid colors like white or black. You could probably get the roof and trunk done for under a grand. If you do the prep work with sanding and everything just take it somewhere and all they'll have to do is tape off and paint.

You might be able to save those seats with the right leather care products. I cant spot any holes or deep tears so it should turn out quite nicely.

There are some NOS visors on Ebay and they are much cheaper than the $500 quoted to recover.

I found another shop (mom & pop) RE-do drivers seat, top strip on rear seat, headliner, visors, and rear package tray, and re-mould drivers door panel-$940. This sounds OK The seat has a rip that you can't see in the pic. The shop is in the same town 4 miles down the road. we'll know how their work in 2 weeks. I'll check with a shop about painting it.

I really lucked out the other day, there was a fresh 97 at the junkyard with a nearly mint interior, the same color as mine. I grabbed the drivers seat covers, seat belt, and the info center buttons. The steering wheel looked brand new but I didn't have a puller :?

Go look right now at the pewter gray progress build thread, he redid his front seats and found a company that offers EXACT reproduction paint for our cars and other brand also, his seats and paint look brand new where he worked on them. honestly Fukkkkkkkk payingg 2300$ thats another mark right there

Yeah I don't know if I'd pay that much for that little stuff you've listed..ALL of that can be found at a junk yard..hell there's a 96 at the pick n pull by me that has decent saddle interior parts..both visors were there as well as head liner. Seats weren't any better than yours though and door panel was junk. It took me a while to find good door panels to use..but even then I still had to reglue a few spots, but still well worth it if you're saving hundreds of dollars. Everything you listed could be bought at a JY for under $200 easily.

In fact I forgot I took a pic of it a while back when I first saw it there..car is still there and hasn't been touched for the most part.

You could have dropped the column and took the while thing. 5 bolts and just a few minutes.

I thought of sewing it up but the CA sun cooked the top of the rear seat The guy is going to make new panels No slip on pre made cover for the ft seat, he ordered a hide and he'll make it from scratch. Another shop told me about $500 to paint roof, lid, and bumper. If not I already have 3 rattle cans ready to go. I live in the CRAPPY state of Connecticut where they don't have any pick your part junk yards, and it sucks. When I need parts I ask the members first.

Don't feel to bad, there's not any mark's in any jt's around here either, that's why I have to fix everything that breaks.
