Starting Problem - Cable at Wheel Well

I believe the problem has been found after about 5-6 months, three new starters and a lot of frustration. There seemed to be a loose battery cable behind the front passenger fender well plastic cover. The tech tightened it and it started right up and has been starting for the last couple of days without any problem. I'm hoping this was the fix.

Does anyone know if this cable connector is behind the plastic cover on the interior of the the car at the passengers feet, or behind the plastic wheel well liner outside the car? I think this might be same problem I'm having.

Fenderwell liner is outside the car, behind and around the wheel/tire.
