Sport vs non-sport suspensions

I did search but could not find info on this:

Are there any differences between these two suspension setups (Gen 1) other than:
Shocks/springs;
Front sway bar diameter.

There aren't any 'geometric' differences. The difference is that the components are somewhat 'stiffer'.
