So i washed my car yesterday because it is the first nice day we have had around here for a while, and i needed to get all the snow grime off of the LS. when i got home it was pretty dirty again from all the melting snow and slush i had to drive through mostly behind the wheels from kick up. anyway i was wondering if any one had any pictures with the LS with the splashguards from LS koncepts on? i would really like to get something like that, they would help a lot in the winter and keep the ice off the bottom of the panels. what do you guys think

I like the splash guards, I've had them for 5 years, function over style, they look fine. I don't have any current photo's, maybe later today, I have to charge the camera battery's.

I took them off and here are some comparison photos.
I've never had any problems in the winter without them. I can't remember how well they work when I had them on the car but, with or without them I would still get the gunk of ice and slush in the wheel wells.
I might still have them and will have to check when I'm back at my parents house for the holiday next weekend.

thanks for the input guys. yea they do look a little goofy on your car but i have the dark blue color so i dont think they would be that noticable. i just get sick of all the ice build up behind the wheels. was think ing these would help a little.

They don't stop ice buildup behind the wheel, they keep the spray off the side of the car.

oh i see, i mainly wanted them for ice build up. if they wont help much i will just keep my money. thanks

I want them to keep the car a little cleaner, here in FL there is a lot of sprinklers that makes some road areas wet, and after spending half of a saturday cleaning my car, I run over those areas and guess what? my car sides are all wet n dirty again.
This is what they r for I think.

yea that sure does piss me off too but i wash my car at least once a week anyhows so i didnt really care to have it for that reason. i just get sick of that nasty ice mostly
