Speedometer Problems

Plain and simple ,, oversized tires = a speedo that reads 5MPH faster then I'm really going . To most this would be a blessing in disguise because I'm always doing exactly the speed limit

Any simple fixes ?

Besides 4K GPS units ,, there has to be something out there .
