Speed Limiter???

Hi every one, I have a 97 Deville with the 4.6 when my car hits 112 it says TOP SPEED FUEL CUT-OFF. I have asked people i know around here about if they know any one that makes chips for this car, but they look at me like i have three heads. I just want to know if such a chip is out there.

They make a chip for the 91-93, don't know about the later models.

I e-mailed fast chips and they said they dont make any thing for my car. but it was worth a try. thanks

Try the Cad Concours chip set; factory says 130 max. Or the STS chip set,
said to be 150 max. Have not tested either....yet. Also might try GM Parts Direct site.

I don't believe they make chips for your car because no one has been able to hack into the N* CPU.
