Spark Plugs on V6

which from these two should I buy Denso Iridium Spark Plugs? where did you get yours from? I tried ebay with no luck.

2004 LINCOLN LS
3.0 L - V6
Std Plug No: T16EPR-U15
Prem Plug No: PT16EPR-L13
IR Plug No: IT16
Gap: 0.045

How many miles on yours that you're changing them? Mine has 48k now and I will probably wait till 60-75k and do the plugs, coolant, and tranny fluid.
