So today i got out of the 96 LSC after i shut it off, and i hear the clicks which i believe are the vents opening to lower the car??

They only click on the drivers side, and only the drivers side lowers, leaving the entire passenger side 1 inch higher. Even when it is running the pass side is exactly 1 inch higher, i tried the sensor lowering nothing really happened-no success.

Should i be looking for something else to fix this minor issue.? It annoys me cause all day at work i look outside and see my car off level lol....

Could this have anything to do with the door open switches..? They work fine, but you know electrical...lol.

hmmm.... sounds like you might have some kind of vent solenoid issue...

Have you veryfied that all 4 bag solenoids are hooked up?

Well i just checked the 2 front sensors-the ones involved in lowering, which solenoids..?? Where are they??

I tell ya, everything works fine (suspension wise) except this one little issue..lol.

I REALLY want to keep this air suspension as long as i could before going to coil conversion-hopefully it is a fix that i'm overlooking.

Your air suspension is a very simple system so don't get too nervous. the air bags have solenoids inserted in them that open and close on demand from the computor. That is they open or close to let air in or out into the platic air line that goes back to the compressor, This is where any venting takes place, and over time, moisture can build up and cause a venting failure. The fix for this problem is a rebuilt compressor from American Air Suspensions and (I recommend) a Spider valve he sells which in practice will then bypass the compressor for venting and also do a better job of elimination moisture in theair suspension system.

If you one side is venting ok then I suspect your sensors on the otherside may not be functioning properly or the solenoids may not be functioning. Another issue may be that your rear sensor (there is only one in the rear) is not working so it could be causing the car to take a lean as well.

American Air has a web site with a lot of helpful info on it that you can go thru. You can get back to me and I will help you thru it if you need. Hate to see anyone go to the "Dark Side".

even if your an air ride HATER, the spider valve is a must..(lol)

I do love the air ride system, i start my vacation in 2 days...i'm gonna go over everything..it's gonna be 50 and sunny yay.

I appreciate all the help everyone.
