Has anyone replaced the air inlet blend door? My recirculation is non functional and I have a DTC. I'm hoping I don't have to remove the dash.

Glad yours was the blend door actuator. On my old 2003 LS Sport. The plastic loop the actuator connected to broke off. So the actuator was fine and did move but it was no longer connected to the blend door itself. It was a bear replacing that broken blend door!
