not literally, but yeah actually. I was driving to my friends house a few weeks back, and just now I remembered what happened for some reason.. Anyways, I was on my way to his house and was using SST. I like the drop a gear and let the engine slow the heavy woman down, only this time, when I was going 25 and dropped it into 2nd gear. It went lunge! vroooooo OFF. literally, it a was a regular lunge forward, and the engine sped up, and the entire car just died! I ran over a curb going like 2... and had to put the car in park and start it again. It worked fine after. Just thought Id share my thoughts and experiences to prevent any further damage or harm.
