I'm noticing the distinct smell of gas coming from my engine compartment an it is being sucked through my vents. I'm not seeing any leaks from my vantage point but the smell is there. Anyone ever run across anything similar? 2000 model w/v8. 151,000 miles. Just started about 3 days ago.

bad injectors or vacuum leakage???

Try to pinpoint where exactly the smell is coming from. I would suggest not driving the car until you find and repair the problem.
From my experience, you're probably gonna be putting a new O-ring seal on one of the injectors where it mates to the fuel rail. But the first places to check would be around the fittings on the fuel hoses.
