Did you read this on the bottom:
This key works on the following vehicle(s) only:
2002 2003 2004 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL

which means that if it would actually work and program correctly, then it could be used on a gen II ls. the gen I cannot use the 03+.
i prefer the new f keys better anyways

Neat! But it doesn't look like it has the remote unlock/lock/trunk buttons on it 
Also, why are these types of keys always push-button retract? I think push-button extend would be much cooler!
