SIR badge

Just bought a 2005 ls. It has a badge on the trunk that reads SIR where is would say LS V8.
Is this just a aftermarket badge like DUB or is this a package of some kind. Cant find anything about it.

those look just like three of the single letters emblems that you can buy from autozone. those are what I used to put "LINCOLN" on the trim piece above the glove box
