Simple Fog Assembly ?

I need a passenger side fog light assembly for my 03' Lincoln LS... they are a mother to find (other than paying $120 from the dealership). My 03 is the base model with the "rectangular" assembly similar to the 02 and older models. My question is, does anyone know FOR SURE if an assembly from an 02' will fit on mine? They look damn near identical, and it would save me some major cash if it indeed does. Thanks for your time.

The attachment bolts on the back of the fog lights are different. I know there are some threads around here about swapping them.

I have GEN2's in my GEN1 bumper. installed them a few months ago... pretty easily doable, just a pain in the ass.

I have both my gen1's if you want them.

I think I'll be installing gen 2's in mine sometime here. They look so much better.
