They have a ton of rock chips ect so I need to get the side view mirrors repainted. A friend of mine does all my body work/painting for free as long as it isnt the whole car. Grill, surround, mirrors, smaller things mainly but anywho, I was highly considering painting the side views a gloss black like the B-pillars in between the windows and since my tint it so dark it goes with it. I think it would fill out quite well and just look baller :shifty: LOL

Yes or No?

Hard to tell until it's on. You saw my black scheme up front on my ls right? Well I kinda wanted to try it with the rear too. Black license plate surround, those tow molding at the corner of the bumper black, black tips and I tried the lse wing on since it's black but the wing didn't go. Maybe cause it wasn't glos black but either way, I wasn't going ot paint it gloss black just tp try it. Either photoshop it, tape it up with electrical tape or some black tape and stand back far enough whrer you can't tell, or buy an extra set to try, or just dive into it and paint yours.

Yea I saw your front, Im actually considering doing the waterfall of the grill the same gloss black as well, leaving the chrome tho. And when you had those tinted tails I was 50/50 on those, I think a light tint would have worked but you can never tell until its on. I painted my waterfall a flat black already as opposed to the brown or whatever the hell it was prior, subtle change that I like. I think I might just jump into this one like I do with everything else, I mean hell, he can repaint them anyways lol

Oh I also want to do a flat black Mach 1 rear wing which is actually the same as a GT just unpainted.

Not kool mann.. That's what I was looking at doing for a spoiler.. :D Well I guess that I will get to see what it looks like before I do it.. That's a plus :)

Yea I just dont know if I wanna try and match the flat abs look or keep sticking it out trying to find one from an actual Mach, either way its 56 1/2 inches across, I have yet to measure the LS trunk area but Im pretty sure its right around there. Bolt holes are 39 1/2 and 40 inches apart.

I can photoshop you some pics if ya want.

I would love that, Ill post some right now..

So the spoiler is wider by about 6 inches, I dont really want it hanging over the edge. Back to searching..

HAAA, ok. I like the ones that start on the trunk like the gen1 lse, just wish it was slightly longer. Not a big fan of the lifted ones for the LS. Go for it though, first one to do it I bet.

True, or I could shave the posts and let it hang over the side and it would be like front canards or something except on the rear? Idk

Maybe I should just fix my bloody rear end or finish one of the other projects Ive started.
