Should I buy a Quigley 4x4?

I have just found a 2002 Ford E-350 with the ultra-rare 4x4 conversion. The price i'm getting it for is good for the year. The problem is the van has almost 300k miles on it (80k on the drivetrain), and has heavy damage to the right front corner. Is it worth saving (and flipping) or should I let this one go?

Not unless you have your own body shop, plus the market is small for large OPEC fluid eaters.
