Hello.
I am going to sell my LS soon and I am going to drive my Mercury as a daily driver. This car is not anything special, but it's paid off long time ago for a lot of money (I know, no expierience buying car at that time) and I don't wanna let it go for $3-4 Gs.
Although, this model is know more as a "Mistake" rather than "Mystique" as the service advisor explained to me once at Lincoln/Mercury dealer, it has 131000 miles, I had very few minor problems, much less than the LS but, it is now running strong.
I am going to put the system and HIDs from LS back into it and I am planning on lowering it about an inch.
So my question is, if, I lower the car about an inch, do I really need to used different shocks? Do I need shorter shocks or these will do?
This car still has it's original shocks and there are no sounds or anything from the suspention.
