shade tree mechanic diagnosis

Hey guys need a concer lol I am a shade tree Mark 8 gen 1 repair guy, my Mark had a gravely sound in the motor, I have changed the belt tensioner, I think its the water pump, I have had Abe 6 years only flushed radiator 2 times, Never had a issue, till lately, Gravel noise, add engine coolant message. I pulled the crossover plug filled, 3-5 days later same error. Have noticed no real puddles or anything, Only have to add 2-3 cups to top off,

Take the belt off and spin it by hand... how does it sound when you do that?

Then go spin each component by hand, how do they sound?

Then start the motor briefly sans belt, is it still gravley sounding?

take the belt off..and see which one doesnt feel right.

it's probably the water pump
