Seen A Mark Viii Lately?

I've had my mark VIII for going on three weeks and I haven't seen one on the road yet. Are they a dying breed or Ford didn't make that many?

But I haven"t seen any Mark VI coupes at all.(except in a salvage yard.)

No wonder the auto repair shop don't know how to fix them. No hands on experience.

But I saw 2 Mark VIIIs at the dragstrip yesterday night, my friends red 97 LSC and another white 2nd gen LSC.

the day after I got my markVIII I saw 5 the next day out side.

i drive all day and every day ill notice a min of 6 and never have i seen more than 13 and all this is everyday on the road

There is 2 of them at my work. One is sweet, great condition in white. Thats out of roughly 2500 employees. And only 1 LS (excluding mine) and its 1st Gen, mine is 2nd Gen.

1 thats parked a few blocks away, and maybe 1-4 on the road every couple weeks.

Since I got mine, it seems like I see them all the time.

I see em driving around. The only thing is that the ass end is usally on the ground or the car is beat to death. It's kinda rare that you see a decent one.

come to florida, you will see them all, any given day i can pass 4 at least no joke. they are all over this state. i think ford shipped more to florida then any other state. or all the people who own them moved here.

yes dolphin motors in miami has some of the cleanest mark VIII's on the planet, and the lowest miles of any i have seen too. most of their cars start around 6 grand and go way up! they seem to be able to locate alot of collector editions too for some reason.

i think i have seen a total of 5 or 6 since i bought my first one years ago(not including ones i've owned). all have been bone stock. maybe 2-3 nice,the others crap.
i've owned 3 and 2 of them were customized.
people ask me all the time what kind of car it is lol.

the 2 custom ones came from alabama and illinois. the stocker i traded for locally, and it was junk compared to the other 2.

I've seen about 7 different mk8' over the last 9 months. I've seen 1 gen1 on the ground but otherwise looked good.......... about 4-5 gen1's and
5-6 gen2's.

My girl says she see's them all the time where she works wich is in lake forest, illinois (north shore/fancy) about 25 min from our apt. There is a guy in the same complex as mine that drives a gen1 with chrome 18's i beleive, lowered. Never met him though.Looked to be like a rose mist type of color.

I nearly break my neck if i ever see one.

Also just took a vacation down to Tennessee. Saw 3 on the way down, 3 in the town I was staying at, for a whole week, and 1 on the way back. Saw a riced out vii in town all week, and a load of LS's.
