I replaced the passenger side secondary cam tensioner 6 months ago with the plastic cased Ford part. As a precaution I now want to also change my left side secondary cam tensioner. In my searching around, I found a supplier of Jaguar parts who sells what he says is the 4th generation of the tensioner which is now metal instead of plastic. The Jaguar uses the same tensioner. Has anyone used this newer metal designed tensioner?
