Seat Track questions...

due to my marks life mostly sitting in a garage, its seat tracks have gotten weak.. i dont think it is due to use, as the car only has 30k on it, i think it is lack of use. however i could be wrong.. are the seat tracks getting weak a common issue???

if not i think they may just have dried out and need to be lubricated, but i am not sure what ford recomends for lubrication, anyone??

clean out the track slides good and shoot some Lithium grease in there. it works good. LPS3 is good too. i wouldnt use WD-40. hope that helps.
