Seat track question

This mat be a dumb question but what is the best lube for the seat tracks should i just use lithium grease or a synthetic wheel bearing grease. and whats the best way to apply it

i always use the spray lithium, use the small tube and slide the seat back spray from the front then forward and spray from the rear, and just work the sear back and forth a few times to work it in
