Seat controls not working

At first I thought it may have been the clockspring, but everything else is working fine (cruise, radio control buttons), also the Lumbar support works, just the buttons to move the seat dont work.

I thought about checking the fuses, but where the HELL are they located?! Has anyone had this issue?

Sounds like the controls somehow got unplugged.

In the tech articles there is owners manuals. Inside the manuals you'll find all the stuff you need to know about the fuses locations.

I had a Taurus with a similar problem. The fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and the new fuse immediately blew. It ended up being the control module itself. Something in there was shorting out. So, I replaced it and everything was great after that.

thats also a common occurance. either the harness comes unplugged or the control box under the seat goes bad
