Seat belt warning buzzer

Hi there does anybody knows what do I have to d to turn the seatbelt warning buzzer on on an 1989 Lincoln Town car? I had to change once the female part of the driver seatbelt, I didn't touched the wires that are connected to the seatbelt femal part, but now that I put it bak on, the warning buzzer doesn't turn on ?
Maybe that it is due to a fuse ?

Its means your lucky cause the seatbelt buzzer is annoying anyway...
