Seat Belt Problem

Im having a problem with my seat belt on the driver side. It wont get retracted all the way back. Goes half way and jus stops. I have opened the compartment its in but seems like that little tensioner deal is just not retracting the belt back anymore. Anyone know what part number it is?

Try adjusting how high the belt is. I had a similar problem on the passenger side of my car and adjusted it's height.

tried it already. Took it to Lincoln and they quoted me $400 to fix it!!!!

Both of my front belts are like that, and it just started. I'm going to wait until it warms up to rip mine open.

mine just started that this winter too....wierd though when it warms up...like over 50 degrees or so, it works again.
