Is sea foam supposed to smoke from under the hood to?:shifty:

I think I got a bad exhaust leak if its not.

I also had put it in the crank case..just for measurement. I never seen any oil but could it be a bad gasket if its not supposed to come out from under the hood?

PS: This stuff does really smoke bad!.....LOL a old guy on one of those rascal things went speeding by, poor man.

You'd know you have an exhaust leak just by how the car sounds. You sure you didn't spill any that was burning off the hot manifolds?

I do hear this faint flutter sometimes its like a hiss on the passenger side near where the manifolds meet the pipes.

I took the rubber hose like I was told and stuck it in the can, then what ever was left I put in the crank case but it didn't spill cause I used a funnel.

There shouldn't be any smoke under the hood, except for what drifts up from under the car. :p

When you add it to the crank case, im pretty sure you're supposed to change the oil soon after. But I don't remember for sure. I always pour the other half of the can in the gas tank.

You are supposed to change the oil afterwards. I usully put it in the crankcase 500 miles out from oil change (2 weeks for me). As well as in my last tank of gas before change...1 week out.

Thanks:p but that was the first thing I thought about and it wasn't that, the wind was blowing everything to the rear of the car anyway. :D

Plus, this started before the smoke even came out the exhaust.:shifty:

Might want to start looking for leaks then. Start the car and stuff a rag in each tail pipe. That will build up back pressure in the pipes and make any small leaks about 10 times louder.
You have to do BOTH pipes at the same time though, as there is an H behind the resonators. At least there is on mine.
