I just bought a SCT tuner from Reinhardt and can't wait to get it. I've called him a few times with questions and he's been more than patient with me. He answered all my questions and elaborated which was good because that shows he wasn't trying to just give me a quick answer to get me off the phone. He truly took the time to answer my questions and because of that he earned my business.

I'll update as soon as I get the tuner in my hands. So far this has been a stellar experience and I highly recommend doing business with him to anyone.

I must have caught him on a bad day, twice.

Could be a personality conflict. I couldn't tell you how many times I'll have major issues with someone to find out that is out of character for that person or company. I'm a very blunt person so many people can't handle that and immediately give me an attitude. It's easy for people to have a clash of personalities.

Dennis and I got along fine. He was very personable to me and helpful. We had no clash of personalities whatsoever.

Maybe you did catch him on a bad day too.

You just need your CC out before you call him, once he has your money he will talk your ear off... he is a good guy.

Got the tune uploaded today....WOW! What a difference! Very impressed, the transaction went smooth, and so did the end result. Glad I made the purchase! Money well spent!

Now I just need to take her to the track... ;)

Yea, Dennis knows how to tune a Mark VIII... what does yours shift at at WOT?

Yea, Dennis knows how to tune a Mark VIII... what does yours shift at at WOT?

1-2 5450
2-3 5850
3-4 6000

these are "commanded" shift rpms, keeping in mind the 1-2 shift "occurs" about 600 to 1000 rpms later than commanded.
the 2-3 and 3-4 occur closer to the commanded RPM due to a less agressive acceleration rate in the later gears
