scanner said out of ballance

hello.
i have a 93 mark 8,my ck engine lite came on and i scaned the motor and the code was motor out of balance,it has 180,000 miles on it.runs like a dream till i go down the road,then like cuts out,also the ac blows out the defroser vent all the time,cked vacume and very strong,,changed the switch mod in dash with no luck,.

I have NO clue what you are talking about. Motor out of balance? Get a new code reader if its telling you that. Or get the code number for us to de-code.

re scan with these resalts

i tested this car again and in the kero self test it said 111 no codes present but on the koer self test it said 172 eog not switching and 136 no ego present.,.

If KOEO said no current faults - (111), and KOER said Code 172 HEGO not switching and Code 136 HEGO not present, then you could have 1 of 2 problems. Either your vehicle is running extremely lean so that the o2 can't detect oxygen, or your 2 front O2 sensors need to be replaced.

thank you all for yr help and you are rite the 02s are the problem,
man i love this car,but one more problem,,the ac blows out of the defroster vents can you tell me why?ive cked the vacume and replaced the dash switch,with no provale hmmmmmm,any input for that?

sounds like you have a big vac leak, car running lean and no defrost, get a can or carb clean, brake clean whatever and spray it around the intake and when the idle changes you found your leak

no it all blows out the defroster,wont change from defrost mode

yes thats the fail safe function, when the heatercontrol looses vac it directs all the air to the defrost
