I very rarely see simple bolt on mods retain any value when it comes to resale. Those add ons are for your benefit while you own the car, and probably have to be chalked up as a loss when it comes time to sell. However, to the right person, those modifications could be well worth paying more for.

Bolt-ons actually reduce the value of the car to the majority of the buying public, it leaves the impression that the car has been driven hard. If you kept the stock parts, change everything back to factory and sell the extras here or on ebay. You might find someone with exactly your taste in add-ons who is willing to pay for them, but you will be greatly limiting your market.
