Sad day for LVC :,(

After reading all the threads that I have on this board, I am glad I just got an '06 to begin with. With the exception of the rear toe-link and swaybar links, which were relatively easy to replace and inexpensive, it's just been running great. Would have been even cheaper if I had left it alone and not done any other work to it.

Of course, now that I said that it's going to launch a piston threw the hood and the transmission will convert itself to a transaxle. LOL

that is where most people do thier mods, do you pay someone for all your mods to do it thier garage, that statement makes no sense dude...

lol, (we're trying to be nice here)... a cars only temporary.. it sounds like your doing the right thing.. no reason to rack up a bunch of debit right now while in school... drive this thing, finish school, get your job, and then buy what you want. Kudos to you for putting the other stuff first.... There will always be an 06 out there for ya.
 
meh. there are plenty of people who work in a garage that i trust way more than people with a fancy shop.
 
sucks but I understand why....so your fixing the Ls and then getting rid of it??? your better off selling it as is getting something else maybe a civic or something???
 
Sorry you had to trade. Drive the miata for a few weeks and then drive an LS again, tell us if you dont want the ls back.

Everytime my ls goes to the shop, when I get it back I fall in love with how it drives.
 
... but not when my handiwork is BURNING MY LENSES. That was my real point there. To be wary of a car who's owner is doing his own work and it's damaging the car.

And no down payment. I guess I have good credit, not really positive, haven't needed to check it myself for a while. But it's possible to get a good deal on an LS, that's all I'm saying.

Oh, i agree on getting a good deal on a LS.
LoL And im sure you have some pretty damn good credit if you bought yours at a carlot and didnt have to put down a down payment.
Good for you though, I wished my credit score was like that.
Maybe next year it will be. lol
Then i can say i have "Ghaleon64" credit :D
